Rattan Lal slams BJP’s false propaganda against NC leaders joining Saffron Party NC guarantees to bail out people from clutches of inefficient administration

In a statement issued here today, Rattan Lal Gupta has called out the BJP for shamelessly issuing such statements with a sole aim to deceive the people of Jammu and Kashmir. He clarified that the claims made by the BJP are baseless and misleading. He emphasized that some former NC leaders who are now being touted as BJP recruits were actually expelled from the National Conference due to their anti-party activities since long.

One such example is the former NC leader Mushtaq Ahmed Bukhari, who was ousted from the party following his involvement in activities that were detrimental to the Party’s principles and objectives, he said. Furthermore, he highlighted the case of another former NC leader, Dr Shehnaz Ganai, who left the party nearly four years ago to contest the DDC election as an independent candidate in 2020 but unfortunately she was defeated by the NC candidate.

The Provincial President criticized the BJP for its deceitful tactics in spreading false narratives. He stressed the importance of countering such misleading information and urged the people of Jammu and Kashmir not to be swayed by the BJP’s attempts to mislead and deceive them.

Exposing BJP’s apprehension regarding the Assembly elections, the senior NC leader claimed that the entire BJP leadership is fully aware of the increasing popularity of the National Conference and its potential to secure a majority of seats in the Assembly polls whenever they are conducted in the union territory. Supported by surveys conducted by various news channels, they confidently asserted that the National Conference is on the verge of forming a government with a resounding majority.

Raising serious concern over the hardships being faced by the common masses in absence of popular government in Jammu and Kashmir, Rattan Lal Gupta made a bold promise to the people, asserting that the National Conference guarantees to rescue them from the clutches of an inefficient administration that has failed to address their concerns. He highlighted Party’s unwavering commitment to serve the people with utmost dedication and accountability, reiterating that the National Conference will not rest until the people’s issues are resolved especially the youths.
