Delegation from GM Pore calls on LG Mathur
Leh, Feb 10: A delegation from GM Pore in Kargil comprising Panch, Gaskal IX, Mohd Abideen; Panch, Gaskal VII, Mohd Zakir and Panch, GM Pore A Rahimthang, Haji Hadi, called on the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, RK Mathur, at Raj Niwas today.
The Panchayati Raj Institution (PRI) members from GM Pore led by Panch, Gaskal IX, Mohd Abideen, raised several issues related to the constituency. They requested for the creation of posts of medical and paramedical staff at the 20-bedded Government Hospital GM Pore to make it fully functional with all health facilities and equipment. They also requested for upgradation of the existing Government Girls High School at GM Pore to Government Girls Higher Secondary School. The PRI members also raised the need for the construction of a community hall at Panchayat GM Pore-B.
