CDPO Shargole inaugurates opening ceremony of Anganwadi Centre at Pashkum

Kargil, March 13, 2023:

The CDPO Shargole today inaugurated the opening ceremony of Anganwadi Centre at Pashkum, Lotsum and Chamba after a long winter vacation.

The CDPO during her meeting on March 11 with Sarpanch/Panch of the Shargole Project decided to open the AWCs keeping with her promise she went to Pashkum Centres.

She welcomed the ICDS beneficiaries i.e. children, pregnant/lactating mothers and their parents to AWCs.

The area Sarpanch was also present during the ceremony.The AWW/AWH decorated their centres and made them child-friendly.

The CDPO instructed the workers to maintain their register and keep the Poshan Tracker on regular basis and beneficiaries attendence must be done on time when the centres open in morning.

It was informed that March is the survey month. She instructed the workers to clear the annual survey by end of this month.

The general public was very delighted by the way of inauguration ceremony and appreciation the CDPO for her commitment and dedication.

In the end, the CDPO thanked the general public and particularly their workers/helpers for organizing such an event at the centre. In her concluding remarks, she assured that in future she will work for the upliftment and betterment of the centres.
