Ayat. Nouri Hamedani Commemorates Hazarat Abu Talib
In the name of God
Many issues have been mentioned about Hazrat Abu Talib (PBUH) in history, which should be considered in different dimensions, and this valuable work, and collecting writings and articles, research and review and turning it into a multi-volume collection, is very noteworthy.
A person who has a very honorable life and is of interest not only to Shiite scholars but also to the general public. Ibn Abi Al-Hadid introduces the history of Abu Talib and his noble father as follows: these great nobles were elders of Quraysh and Governors of Makkah, and they welcomed immigrants and travelers in this city. In terms of age, Abu Talib was born about thirty-five years before the birth of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), and had great interest in him.
Allameh Majlisi in Bihar has mentioned about 150 pages in the form of about 90 hadiths from Shia and Sunni scholars about the faith of Abu Talib, and Allameh Amini has also written about one hundred pages in response to fanatics in volumes seven and eight of Al-Ghadir, and the responses of these people, most of whom adhere to an unknown hadith of Mughira bin Sha’ba, who was a hater of the Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT).
Also, Haider Qoli Kabuli, known as Sardar Kabuli, has mentioned valuable material in his commentary on Lamiya Abu Talib’s ode, and one of the books that should be considered in this regard is the book of a Sunni scholar named Al-Sayyid Muhammad bin Rasool Al-Barzikhi, whose book is called “Sadad al-Din Fi Isbat al-Najah” At the end of the book, he mentioned important things about Abu Talib’s faith, which later became an independent book called “Baqiyyah Talib fi Najaat Abi Talib” and others also promoted this book on this topic.
In any case, the work is very important and this character should be brought out of oppression and the slanders that were made should be removed, and this important work of yours will be very effective. As far as I know, an institution has been established in Qom for the purpose of researching and publishing Hazrat Abu Talib’s works (PBUH), which is a blessed and noteworthy action.
There are many topics regarding Hazrat Abu Talib that cannot be covered in time, I hope that in this book that was published, which is a collection of articles from the conference, all its aspects have been covered.
God willing, respectable authors and scholars will take steps to answer the doubts and clarify the truths of the teachings of Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT) in a scientific and scholarly environment.
I know it is necessary to appreciate all those who took steps and accepted the effort to achieve the outcomes of this great work, especially the World Assembly of Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT) and especially the respected and hardworking General Secretary of this assembly.
I wish success to all those involved in this conference from Almighty God.
