General Upendra Dwivedi takes over as 30th Chief of the Army Staff

Srinagar, Jun 30  General Upendra Dwivedi, PVSM, AVSM takes over as the 30th Chief of the Army Staff COAS of the IndianArmy from General Manoj Pande.
