Srinagar // We the shia’s community of Jammu & Kashmir especially Dr. Mohammad Jaffar and Zahoor Mehdi thanks and appreciated to the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governer, Hon’ble Chief Secretary and other higher ups regarding the decision taken about Muharram Procession. All the members especially shia’s appreciated and are highly thankful that keeping in view the present situation of Jammu and Kashmir they have decided the best and suitable timing for 8th Muharram Procession and made all the best arrangements for the convenience of public. Though it was very complicated but with the valuable suggestions of worthy Chief secretary and Divisional commissioner it became peaceful. All the shia scholars, literary Personalities, intellectuals appreciated their decision and welcomed them.
