Iran urges world to stand up against Zionist war criminals

Tehran – The Iranian Foreign Ministry’s spokesperson has said the international community’s silence in the face of Israeli atrocities in Gaza amounts to surrender to war criminals, calling on nations and governments to defend the Palestinian people.

The absence of a preventive response to the war crimes committed by the Zionists in Gaza signifies acquiescence and surrender by the justice and freedom advocates and supporters of global peace and security in the face of war criminals and wrongdoers, Nasser Kanaani said in a statement posted on X on Friday.

He called upon the international community to stand up for global peace and security and to defend the oppressed Palestinians.

“Stand up for world peace and security against the Zionist criminals and their supporters and defend the oppressed Palestinians in Gaza,” he said.

Kanaani stressed that if the international community, including international organizations, governments, and nations, do not react strongly and prevent these horrifying crimes committed by Zionists in Gaza, they would effectively discredit international mechanisms, laws, and regulations.
