First death anniversary remembrance Syed Hussain razvi malmooh pays tribute on the first death anniversary of moulana Mohammad Abass Ansari was born on 18th August 1936 in Srinagar. The name of his father was Moulana Hassan Ali Ansari.
Moulana received the elementary education from Govt. Primary School Nawakadal. In 1953,he got admitted in Jamia Nazima, the centre of Islamic theological education in India. After spending years in Lucknow’s Sultanul Madaris, he undertook higher studies in Najaf, Iraq. In 1955, moulana went to Hozay Ilmiya Najaf Ashraf and received education from renowned islamic scholars. He majored in Arabic literature, Philosophy, Hadith and Tafseer, Islamic Jurisprudence and Political Science. He stayed in Iraq for six years. In 1961, he came back to Kashmir and got himself engaged in various religious and social activities. Moulana was not only a famous political intellectual, renowned orator and a visionary leader but also an author of many famous books like TAKLEEQ-i-ADAM, iNSAN KAAMIL, NUBWAT AUR RESALAT etc. Moulana left for heavenly abode on 25 October 2022 and was buried in ancestral graveyard Bab-i- Mazar Zadibal.
Moulana was a noble, gentle, sociable and a person full of great virtues. He did an amazing and great work by lying the foundation of a chain of institutions named as Madina Public Schools. Such schools are the main instruments which are truly helpful to eradicate the educational backwardness of our society. Moulana remains one of the prominent Kashmiri figures who advocated Shia-Sunni unity in the valley, and was one of the members of the Muslim United Front (MUF), an organization that would bring together various factions and would strengthen Unity.
Moulana was a heartily mourner of Imam Hussain a.s having unmatched affection with the convention on the martyrdom of Karbala. He always preached the teachings of Islam and Karbala with great zeal which resulted in the increase of the knowledge of the followers manifolds.
Let’s pray to God to bestow his soul with peace and grant him highest place in Jannah. O Moulana, you will always be alive in our hearts.
