IRNA – Major General Hossein Salami, Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), has emphasized that Martyr Seyyed Razi Mousavi was one of the most experienced and effective commanders of the IRGC in the resistance front.

General Salami made the remarks in a funeral procession for Martyr Mousavi in downtown Tehran on Thursday morning.

He went on to say that Martyr Mousavi was one of the most loyal companions of IRGC Quds Force’s late Commander Qassem Soleimani, who spent 45 years in fighting on different fronts. Salami also noted that Iran will take revenge for the assassination of Martyr Soleimani in due time and place.

Brigadier General Seyed Razi Mousavi, who served in Syria as a military advisor, was martyred on Monday in a terrorist attack by the Israeli regime in the Syrian capital city of Damascus.
