Thousands Gather in Kargil to Observe Shab-e-Qadr with Religious Fervor

Kargil :- In a display of deep spiritual devotion, thousands of worshippers congregated at the Isna Ashriya Campus in Kargil to observe Shab-e-Qadr, the Night of Decree, with reverence and sanctity. Organized under the auspices of Jamiyat Ullama Isna Ashriya Kargil, the event saw a remarkable turnout as believers came together to partake in special prayers and ceremonies.

Led by President Jamiyat Ullama Isna Ashriya Kargil Ladakh, Sheikh Nazir Mehdi Mohammadi, the gathering engaged in a series of aamal (religious rituals) and majlis (religious gatherings), including the recitation of Dua E Joshan E Kabeer. This special occasion holds profound significance in the Islamic faith, marking the night when the first verses of the Holy Quran were revealed to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) by the Angel Gabriel.

Participants fervently prayed for peace, harmony, and blessings for both this world and the hereafter, seeking forgiveness and invoking the mercy of Allah. The atmosphere was imbued with a sense of unity and spiritual reflection as worshippers engaged in acts of devotion throughout the night.

Sheikh Nazir said that Shab-e-Qadr holds a unique place in the hearts of believers, serving as a reminder of the importance of faith, piety, and divine revelation. The event in Kargil exemplified the rich tapestry of religious observance and community spirit, reaffirming the bonds of brotherhood and devotion among the faithful, he added.
