Indian Army visits Peer Baba shrine in Gurez, distributed gifts in Specially abled persons

Bandipora : The Indian Army Rana Battalion Bagtore on Friday distributed gifts to specially abled persons after visiting peer Baba shrine in Bagtore area in Gurez valley of Bandipora district

Army’s Commanding officer Amit Kumar yadav, second in command Himanshu Yadav, Ex BDC block Bagtore Mukhtiyar Ahmad Lone, Ex Sarpanch Kanzalwan Gh Mohiuddin Lone, Ab Rashied Ahanger and other Youth panchayat members was also present on the occasion.

Local residents while speaking with the media said that they are very thankful to the Indian Army for distributing gifts to specially abled persons in their area.

“We are thankful to the army for encouraging us, and helping us every time,”.

Locals hoped more such programmes will be organized in future to encourage the specially abled persons.
